No change at top of the Premier Division
IT’S a case of ‘as you were’ at the top of the Fosters Duleek & District League Premier Division after the three joint leaders all won their latest matches on Friday night.
However, there was a big shock in Division 1 as bottom-of-the-table Black/White Thatch Inn eked out a narrow away win over leaders Matthews, while third-placed Carranstown B suffered a heavy home defeat to Boyne Valley. Maguires are the new leaders after their defeat of Hill Bar.
In Division 2 Watters picked up their first win at the 10th attempt and Thatch C are now clear leaders following their defeat of Valley Inn.
