HOSPICE COFFEE MORNING

East Meath Hospice Associatio­n invite you to our Annual Pancake Morning in City North Hotel on Tuesday February 13th 10 am to 12.30 We always enjoy meeting old friends and new on the day, so come and join us for Pancakes Tea/Coffee and chat. Get a bargain from our many stalls. We have nearly new Designer clothes, Plants, Home Baking, Books and Bric-a-Brac. Raffle for great prizes will take place at Midday. Committee members will be on hand if you would like to know what services are available to Patients who have had a diagnosis of cancer.

We look forward to your continued support, without which we could not provide our volunteer Driving Service and comfort fund. EAST MEATH MEALS ON WHEELS

Meals are delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you know of anyone who might benefit from this service, please contact us on 085-7570810. We are also looking for volunteer drivers.

LAYTOWN I.C.A.

The local Guild members meet each Tuesday morning from 10.a.m. until 12 noon. In the Parish room Laytown, just across from the Church. The members carry out lots of craft work, knitting, sewing, patchwork, crochet etc. as well as lots of chat and a cuppa. They also have great plans for the new year. New members are always welcome and it’s a great way to meet new people in the area. Ring Bernie on 0419828932 if you need more info.

LIFE WORKSHOP

A choose life workshop is been held in the Westcourt Hotel on Wednesday 7th February from 7.30pm sharp concluding at 9pm. This workshop will enable your questions to be answered, concerns addressed and provide you with the facts on the 8th. Amendment. There shall be guest speakers on the night.

EASTER GAA CAMP

St. Colmcilles G A A club are having their annual Easter Camp that will run from 3rd-6th of April; 10a.m. -2.30 daily and open to boys and girls aged from 5-13. Boys and girls ages 10-13 will be in boys and girls’ groups only. Every child that attends will receive their very own GAA Easter camp top. Register early as Easter camp will be booked out quickly as it’s our biggest camp.
