Attempted murder trial date set for man
A date has been set for the trial of a Louth man charged with the attempted murder of a man in Co Meath.
Paul Crosby (22) of Rathmullen Park in Drogheda is charged with attempting to murder Gerard Boyle (22) at Knockcommon, Beauparc, Slane in Co Meath on November 10, 2016.
He is also charged with falsely imprisoning Mr Boyle and causing him serious harm on the same occasion.
At the Central Criminal Court last week, Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy set a trial date for February 11, 2019.
