Apartment plan for Rope Walk location

PERMISSION has been sought for a three storey apartment building on Rope Walk.

Rotax Properties Ltd are seeking to demolish two existing two-storey semi-detached dwellings at 58 and 59 Rope Walk and to construct a three- storey apartment building.

It will consist of eight apartments, made up of one and two bedrooms.

The development will also consist of a landscaped courtyard and car parking.

The dwellings are not protected structures.

A decision is due on the application by April 18.
