Meet and Greet volunteer opportunity at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital

-

OUR Lady of Lourdes Hospital, in partnership with Louth Volunteer Centre, is piloting an exciting new volunteer programme within the hospital.

Meet and Greet volunteers will provide a friendly welcome and reassuring first impression to everyone who enters the hospital. Volunteers will be positioned in two locations in the hospital and will give hospital visitors directions to particular locations, such as a ward or clinic, hopefully chatting and easing stressed nerves along the way.

The Hospital team will be holding an information session on the evening of Wednesday 14th March and are inviting anyone interested to check out www.volunteerlouth.ie to get more information on the role, or to call the Louth Volunteer Centre team at 041 9809008.
