FERRARD DAY CENTRE.

The Centre has been up and running almost 9 years now and at present we need extra help to keep it open. Do you think you might have a spare hour to give any Wednesday between 10 a.m. – 3.30p.m.? Just call into hall any Wednesday if you are passing and arrange with those there when you are available. Thank you.

TOGHER CHAEROBICS.

Carmel’s Chaerobics Exercise Classes “Sit and get fit” as broadcast on LMFM, has recommence­d in Tullydonne­ll School Hall every Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.30pm. Classes are €8 nightly or €40 for 6 nights.
