TOGHER CHAEROBICS.

Carmel’s Chaerobics Exercise Classes “Sit and get fit” as broadcast on LMFM, has recommence­d in Tullydonne­ll School Hall every Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.30pm. Classes are €8 nightly or €40 for 6 nights. PARTY TIME

The latest craze is the All Weather Pitch in Clogherhea­d. It costs only €20 for 1 hour and after the hour you can continue the party there on the pitch or go to the Community Hall where they can run around having great fun in secure, friendly and safe surroundin­gs for only €30 per hour. And then they just flake out with tiredness, happy but tired.
