On paper the Division 2 outfit, Naomh Fionnbarra should have too much for their third tier opponents, but St Kevin’s have the quality in attack to trouble any defence at this level and that has possibly been the Barrs major weakness this term.

However, they’re a powerful attacking force in their own right and if it come down to a shoot-out you’d fancy the Togher men.

Cooley Kickhams v Glen Emmets SUNDAY 2.30 DOWDALLSHILL

COOLEY’S first assignment in the Intermediate grade is a straightforward one on paper, but championship football isn’t played on paper and if they’re below par Glen Emmets are capable of putting it up to the former senior giants.
