Ireland boss guest speaker at Gary Kelly Gala Lunch
CALLING all rugby fans!
Head Coach of Grand Slam winners Joe Schmidt will be a very special guest speaker at a Gala Lunch in aid of the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre.
The lunch will take place in Donegan’s Monasterboice Inn on Friday August 3rd and will start with lunch at 1pm.
Compere will be Barry Murphy of Après Match fame, and there are 20 tables of 10, with tickets priced €100 each.
This is a vital fundraising event for the centre, and will be a thoroughly enjoyable event.
The Gary Kelly Cancer a support centre for people living with cancer, their families and those who care for them.
The centre in George’s Street in Drogheda offers holistic and complementary therapies, education and psychological support which is nowadays regarded as part of standard support for people with cancer.
The centre is open to people on the island of Ireland. All therapies and supports are free of charge, and the mission of the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre is to preserve the dignity and privacy of the person at all times.
The New Zealand-born rugby union coach, who is head coach of Ireland. has steered the team to three Six Nations Championships in five years under his leadership. His first head coaching role in Europe was with Leinster in 2010, bringing unprecedented success, reaching six finals and winning four trophies in three years.
