Lifestyle hosting classes

Come and join Lifestyle Development Group every Wednesday afternoon from 2-3 for toning exercise classes to music in The Holy Family Boxing Club. Classes are run by Ann Neilis. Cost €5 euro per class, no joining fee. All levels of fitness welcome. Help keep fit during the dark winter months.
