10-year disqualification

A ten-year driving disqualification has been imposed on Christopher Murray (28) for having no insurance in Ballsgrove on 18 May last. The defendant, of Grove Road, Ballsgrove, has three previous no insurance convictions, the court heard. In addition to the disqualification, Judge Coughlan indicated a sentence of either 240 hours community service or five months imprisonment, and adjourned the case to 7 June for a report.
