COFFEE MORNING
Colr. Sharon Keoghan will host a Coffee morning in the Village Hotel in Bettystown this Thursday 7th February from 10a.m. until 12noon. All proceeds go to the Saving Slav Campaign.
“WHOSE WIVES ARE THEY ANYWAY”
Aisteoirí na Boinne Drama Group presents the play “Whose Wives are they Anyway” from Tuesday 5th - Saturday 9th February at 8p.m. each evening at the Droichead Arts Centre Drogheda. It’s a two-act comedy play by Michael Parker.

SPRING CLEANING
An Taisce National Spring Clean takes place every year during the month of April. It will be held on Saturday 6th April, meeting at the statue of the Boy with the Kite, to do a clean-up of the village and surrounding areas. Would you like to come along and give a hand? Gloves, Bags, High Vis Jackets and Litter Pickers will be supplied.
DROGHEDA SPECIAL OLYMPICS CLUB.

MR. MICHAEL (MICK) TUOHY
Sincere condolences are extended to the family of Mick Tuohy who passed away peacefully at his home last week. Loving husband to Betty, he will be sadly missed by his wife, son Hugh, grandson Michael, brothers Jim, Paddy and Tom, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and many friends. Mick was a Director in East Meath Credit Union for many years and was very well known and liked by all.
The Funeral Mass took place on Monday in the Sacred Heart Church Laytown when a huge number came to pay their respects. Burial afterwards in Moorechurch Cemetery Julianstown. Rest in peace Mick Tuohy.
