MEATH DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Draft Meath County Development Plan 2020-2026 is now on public display at Duleek Library and Council Offices. It will remain on display until 4pm on Friday March 6th 2020. The new plan will cover the period from 2020 to 2026 and it will shape how our county, towns and villages develop during that time both economically and residentially. JULIANSTOWN BADMINTON CLUB

Badminton takes place every Tuesday in the Parish Centre on Sandy Road. New members (O/18) are always welcome, just call any Tuesday evening around 7.30p.m.

PARISH ANNUAL TEN-WEEK DRAW

The Annual ten-week draw will commence on Sunday, 9th February after 10 am Mass in Stamullen. Promoters can collect Draw cards from Thursday, 16th January in the Parish Office.

STAMULLEN CEMETERY COMMITTEE

The committee would like to congratulate all who had their cemetery plots in pristine condition for the season and a special thank you to the anonymous person who donated wreaths to the group. They were placed on the graves of those who no longer have living relatives in the area. This was a very kind and generous of the donor. Thank you also to Jim Matthews and the Tidy Towns committee for the spectacular way the village was decorated over the Christmas period and the lovely Crib and tree with star on top. The lights were a delight as they were the St. Pat’s GAA club colours. Community spirit is alive and well in Stamullen.
