COUCH TO 5K IS BACK

Great to see the Glen Emmets Couch to 5k back again this year. Training starts Monday, 24th February and will be twice a week for 8 weeks. Each session has a coach and lasts one hour on Mondays and Thursdays at 8pm. This caters for all abilities and levels of fitness as all participants are divided into groups with people of similar ability. The cost for the whole program is just €30, just look at how fit you will be at the end.

This has been running in the Glen Emmets for a few years now and they have had nothing but positive feedback from their participants. If you are going to do one fitness project this year, make this your goal, you have nothing to fear and you will not regret it.
