Top up on good gut bacteria after antibiotics

-

Infections and flu may have left many of you feeling exhausted this year and nowhere near to your full capacity yet.

Tiredness, lethargy, iffy stomach after antibiotics and a cough that won’t go away has left many of you feeling very frustrated. Some of you have had really bad sinus infections that seem to linger.. Many people have gotten the flu for the first time.

There are many supplements that you could take for energy and vitality, and to support your immune system. But if you have had antibiotics then, in my opinion, getting your friendly gut bacteria back in balance is the first thing you should do.

You may have had to take antibiotics; these can deplete your friendly gut bacteria. New research is increasingly linking our gut bacteria and microbiome to immunity and digestion too. Many of you feel bloated or simply don’t feel right after the antibiotics. Now is the time to top up the friendly bacteria in your gut.

Udo’s Choice Super microbiotic contains 42 billion of these friendly bacteria in 8 different strains supporting both lacto and bifido bacteria.

Even if you haven’t had to take an antibiotic it’s worth topping up on friendly bacteria as stress, eating on the go, medication, and toxins from food and the environment, can deplete you of your friendly gut bacteria.

If you’re more concerned about the toxins from the antibiotic, you could try Chlorella. Years ago, I had to take a strong antibiotic for a skin infection. I did what I was told and took the antibiotic. Reluctantly, as you can imagine.

A few weeks later my friend told me that my skin and hair had lost its glow. She suggested that I take One Nutrition Organic Powergreens, a nutritional powerhouse containing Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass, Broccoli, Kale, and Chlorella.

This naturally energy boosting combination is made from leaf juice powder. I took One Nutrition Power Greens with the Super 8 and after a while I was back on track.

For a stubborn cough consider Botanical Syrup, and for lingering sinus infections you could try All Seasons Complex, these supplements are worth trying.
