NO MASSES

All public Masses have been suspended until further notice. Bishop Tom reminds us that, while Masses are suspended, the voice of prayer should not be silent.

Fr. Denis and Fr. Joseph will continue to offer Masses but they will be in private.

Parishioners are also asked to join in prayer at this time of worry and concern. Some prayer resources and links to Daily Mass readings will be posted on the Parish Website over the coming days.

ALONE HELPLINE

ALONE has launched a national support line and additional supports for older people who have concerns or are facing difficulties relating to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Professional staff are available to answer queries and give advice and reassurance where necessary. The support line is open seven days a week, 8am - 8pm, by calling 0818 222 024.

AISHLING CLEANERS

Due to the corona virus the Bettystown branch is closed until further notice. Chrissie would like you to know that Items can be left in Balbriggan on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10am.until 2p.m.

MRS. KATHLEEN GOGARTY

Sincere sympathy is extended to the family of Mrs. Kathleen Gogarty from Alverno Heights who died on Sunday 22nd March last.

Wife of the late Patsy and mother of the late Margaret, she was a devoted mother to her family and well known in the community, a quiet and gentle woman.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family, Patrick, Matt, Alice, Tommy, Michael & Catherine, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass was celebrated in the Sacred Heart Church Laytown with burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery Duleek.

May the lovely gentle soul of Kathleen rest in peace.
