Drogheda Creative Writers meet again on July 13th

DROGHEDA Creative Writers are delighted to announce the resumption of meetings in The Living Room (Sarsfields) at 7.30 pm to 9.15 pm on the second and fourth Monday of every month beginning on July 13th. The Open Mic night will take place on July 27th in The Living Room, with guest speaker Dermot O’Neil, our very own Green Man.

‘Due to Covid 19, the recent meetings have been taking place on Zoom, so it will be lovely to get together in person once more,’ says Marian

Clarke. ‘We welcome new members and all who love to write.’ On the first Saturday of every month, they meet in the Augustinian Garden of Remembrance from 2.30 to 4pm (weather permitting). They follow HSE guidelines at all times respecting social distancing, and will conduct the Saturday meetings on Zoom if the weather does not permit an outside meeting.
