CLOTHING COLLECTION

The parents’ association of Castledockrell National School have organised a collection of clothing in conjunction with the National Council for the Blind Ireland (NCBI). Black sacks containing clean clothes, linen, curtains, pairs of shoes, books, DVDs, CDs, bags (no duvets and pillows) can be dropped into the school from 9 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between June 13 and 24.

For every bag donated the school will receive a payment of €5.50. This money is invaluable and will go towards the purchasing of school resources. The NCBI will then sell or recycle the items in their shops making this a great partnership. Thank you in advance for your support.
