The annual Patron will be held on July 10 at 2 p.m. with prayers in the cementry followed by entertainment and refreshments in the ajoining field.

CAMOGIE CLUB NEWS

Well done to the under-12 Green team who beat Duffry Rovers in their first league match. Hard luck to under-12 White team who were defeated by Rathgarogue-Cushinstown.

Also, commiserations to the Clonroche/Poulpeasty Rackard League camogie team who lost the county final to Rathgarogue-Cushinstown. The girls put in a massive effort but things did not go their way on the day. Well done girls on a great year. And huge thanks to their Manager, Ms. Goff.

Well done to the under-14 team who beat Oylegate in their recent match. Good luck to the Intermediate team who play Championship at home on Monday at 7.30 p.m.

CLOUGHBAWN AFC

The club will hold their dinner dance on July 9 in Danby Lodge. Tickets will be on sale next week, from committee members, after the sucessful year, we would like for everyone to make an effort to attend and celebrate with the winning teams.
