The library will visit Ballyduff on Thursday, July 28, in the school car park.

PARENTS’ ASSOCIATIO­N

The parents’ associatio­n would like to wish everyone a wonderful summer holiday. Thank you for all the support throughout the year. Our recent clothes collection took in €203 and our annual Raffle, Coffee Morning and Cake Sale made an amazing €1,985.

We would like to thank all the sponsors for our raffle; Old McDonnells Farm, Killowen Yogurts, Marie Bohan, Shay Hayden, Cartons Camolin, Ed Whelan Pharmacy, Roches Buses and members of the PA. The winners were Alan Mulligan, Frank Kinsella, John Noblett, Leah Kinsella, Philomena Lambert, Kayla Browne, Peg McDonald, Kalleigh Redmond, Niamh Owens, Cian Redmond, Luke Fitzgerald, James O’Sullivan, Anna Murphy and Jennifer Doyle.

The PA AGM will take place in September in the new school year and we will be looking for new members and to elect a new committee with Chairperso­n, Secretary and Treasurer as main roles. See you all in September.

CLONEE LADIES FOOTBALL

Split-the-pot continues every Thursday – get your €2 in to have a chance to win.

Training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. for u8-14, followed by under-16-adult at 7.30 p.m.

For anyone who shops in Tesco Gorey, we are currently one of the choices for your Blue Tokens, your vote would be greatly appreciate­d.

MONDAY MEETINGS

Ballyduff Developmen­t Group meet in the school car park on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. to work on our local area. If you can help in any way or have any ideas on how to add interest to our area please come along any evening that the group is gathering. We’re always delighted to see new faces. Thanks to everyone who supports Ballyduff Looking Beautiful.
