- By DAVID TUCKER

A covert garda operation aimed at combating the distribution of stolen vehicles led to the arrest of a man in his 50s on the N11 near Camolin as part of Operation Thor.

The operation focused on an organised crime gang that were stealing cars in residential burglaries across Dublin.

During the course of the search of a lorry, car parts, believed to be stolen, were recovered during the operation on Wednesday afternoon.
