The Wexford Kung Fu and kickboxing centre which is based in Image Health Studios under the instruction of former World champion Bobby O’ Neill has produced World and international champions in Kickboxing as well as being one of the most highly regarded Kung Fu clubs in Ireland. New classes this year include Ladies Self Defence a special class that accentuates speed and agility rather than power; we also have a great new Tai Chi class for beginners for health and well being.

For kids and teens who might not have the time to spend learning a Martial Art why not try our new Kids and Teens Self Defence class, this 45min session per week will teach everything they need to know to defend themselves, taught in a friendly environment it will suit even the most shy and inactive children and teens to develop their self defence skills and give them the confidence needed to face today’s many challenges.
