ARE you training for a marathon? I ran a half-marathon once with my sister. It nearly killed us. We were last in after having to stop half way through, we have the print out with our names on it to remind us! But we were not humiliated. We were just thrilled to have completed it and we felt fantastic for having done it. As a result we have great admiration for all of you that put in the hours of training to achieve your goals. Here are some tips from customers that I would like to share with you.

Oxylent Sport is a favourite amongst sports enthusiasts of all disciplines. It’s a three in one formula that provides Amino Acids, Vitamins, Minerals, Anti- Oxidants, and Electrolytes. It’s used to improve energy, stamina, and to aid recovery. It inhibits fatigue and muscle breakdown, and enhances muscle strength and repair. It can be used pre-workout, or during or after the workout. Customers are feeling the benefits from taking it and told me that it’s the perfect supportive supplement to use during the high intensity training periods.

Terra Nova Pro-Peptase IRC Complex contains a miracle enzyme which can help with inflammation, and has the ability to literally eat up old scar tissue that can accumulate around joints and soft tissue. This scar tissue can cause pain and discomfort which can affect performance. So, if you have an old injury that is holding you back this supplement would be worth taking a look at to see if would help.

Sun Warrior Protein powder is a plant based dairy free formula which is easier for most people to digest. It’s definitely the athlete’s favourite protein powder to take during training. Coconut water will replace lost electrolytes including potassium, sodium, and magnesium which are lost during sweating and need to be replaced. Drinking Cherry Active Juice after training will help reduce lactic acid and aid recovery. Beetroot juice will help oxygenate the blood and increase nitric oxide in the blood to support breathing and energy levels. Magnesium 365 powder supplement taken in hot water will help with muscle cramp and fatigue, and can help you get a good night sleep. Many athletes are using turmeric to reduce inflammation and stiffness after intense training.
