WEXFORD’S newest addition Big Al’s Diner is the cherry on the cake in what has become a complete entertainemnt hub in Wexford town.

The first Big Al’s franchise to hit our shores, it serves up a plethora of fresh wholesome Irish produce, from gourmet beef burgers to succulent chicken fillets and everything in between. All tastes are catered for in this trendy diner, whose luxurious booth-style seating and upbeat music make it the ultimate dining experience.

Known for coupling both high quality with delicious taste, Big Al’s are one of Ireland’s favourite food producers. At their new Wexford diner, they are dishing up the best they have to offer. It is difficult not to be lured in by the smell of the juicy burgers as soon as you walk in the door. The melt-in-your mouth chicken goujons are also a huge draw, while the Philly steak sub is like no other. Big Al’s have also brought a taste of Italy to the Model County with an authentic range of pizzas made entirely from scratch on site. A wide range of vegetarian food is also on offer, while those seeking a lighter lunch might fancy a bowl burger or a steamed chicken wrap brimming with fresh salad.

Big Al’s stretch far beyond expectations of a typical diner. Their full menu also offers breakfasts, wholesome soups and brown bread, a selection of delicious sandwiches and salads, including a creative warm black pudding, chorizo and poached egg salad sprinkled with pine nuts. The rosemary, garlic and brie cheese wedges with salad and cranberry sauce are a huge crowd pleaser, if you are willing to share!

A meal in Big Al’s is the perfect way to kick off a night of fun, be it with friends or the work crowds. Their new wine licence means you can have a few drinks to accompany your meal.

After grabbing some grub, why not take advantage of one of the 16 new activities on offer at Leisuremax. Those who like to keep it traditional might like to hit the bowling lane to land a few strikes, or simply just enjoy the party atmosphere.
