Benny officially opens the doors of vibrant new auctioneers on the quay
WEXFORD Estate Agent Benny Sullivan was celebrating recently as he officially opened his new office on the centre of Wexford’s quay front.
Benny Sullivan who has been working in the property industry for the past 14 years in the Wexford, Dublin and south Wicklow markets finally made the decision to set up his own estate agency earlier this year, remarking that after years of uncertainty in the property market, he felt the time was now right with an uplift in stability, confidence and demand.
The first couple of months have gone brilliantly, with property coming onto the books and a number of ‘Sale Agreed’ signs up.
He added: ‘I wanted to get a strong fresh brand out there and that has definitely worked with the shop front colour and the ‘For Sale’ boards which have really caught the eye.’
The office was officially opened by Fergal Hopkins Managing Director of the Lansdowne Partnership in Dublin where Benny worked for a year. Fergal said Benny was the best sales agent that he had on his team and that it was a sad day for him when Benny decided to return to Wexford.
The event was also attended by the President of Wexford Chamber, Karl Fitzpatrick who said that he had purchased a property from Benny some years ago and found him to be a person of high integrity, totally trustworthy and honest and highly professional.
The event was further attended by friends, family, local business personnel and past and current clients.
Benny has plenty of experience, having spent 22 working in the housing and planning sector with Wexford local authorities and a further 14 with various auctioneers.
