HUNTINGTON CASTLE FAIR

Huntington Castle will be hosting their annual Christmas Food Fair on Sunday, December 18. Make sure you pop in between midday and 5 p.m. for a delight of delicious treats and artisan goodies. The Tearooms, Gardens and Gift shop will also be open.

The magical Christmas experience will be opened on Saturday and Sundays in December: Third/December 4, 10th/December 11 and 17/December 18. Admission; €12.95 per child (includes gift and hot chocolate) and €6.95 per adult.

CLONEGAL CHRISTMAS FAIR

Ben Mulhall Park Indoor Market and car boot sale will be held on Sunday, December 11, from midday to 4 p.m., refreshmen­ts available. Booking is essential for indoor market. For more informatio­n, please contact 087 4119149.

BOWLS CLUB

Bowls Club is back on in Spellman Hall Kildavin every Monday night starting November 14 from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. New members are most welcome. Come along and join in the fun.

PENNY BANK

All books will be collected by committee members on Friday, November 25; you may wish to save on that night as usual. All cheques will be handed out the following week, Friday, December 2, in Dunne’s Bar at 7 p.m.

SONG AND STORY

The house of song and Story takes place every third Monday of the month in St Brigid’s hall, Clonegal at 8 p.m. The next session will be held on Monday, November 21. All are most welcome.

TIDY VILLAGE

Clonegal Tidy Village Associatio­n will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, November 16, at 8 p.m. in St Brigid’s hall, Clonegal.

FCJ ENROLMENT NIGHT

FCJ will hold their Applicatio­n Enrolment Night for parents and prospectiv­e students for September 2017 on Thursday, November 17, at 7.30 p.m. in the FCJ gym. Enrolment only takes place on this night. Parents must have their daughter/son’s PPS number at this meeting.
