COMMUNITY ALERT

The Community Alert group are holding their first Card Drive of the winter in Clonee GAA Complex on Friday, November 18, at 8 p.m. Cost is Five Euro per person which includes Tea and raffle. All are welcome to what is always an entertaini­ng night.

CLONEE LADIES’ FOOTBALL

AGM: Our AGM is being held on Thursday, November 17, at 7.30 in the clubhouse. Any nomination­s for positions can be emailed to secretary Ali on cloneelfc@gmail.com by Tuesday evening please.

Our under-eight/under-10/under-12 presentati­on night is on Friday, December 2, at 7 p.m.

Well done to our senior team who won the league final on Friday the fourth, bringing our playing year to a close.

Work continues each week; if you can help in any way or have any ideas on how to add interest to our area please come along any evening that the group is gathering. We’re always delighted to see new faces. Thanks to everyone who supports Ballyduff Looking Beautiful.

LADIES CLUB

The Ladies Club will meet again on Wednesday, November 9, in Ballyduff NS from 8 p.m. Be sure to come along to find out this month’s speaker and enjoy a cuppa and a chat with ladies from our area. The group meet on the second Wednesday of every month. New members are always welcome.
