Congratula­tions are extended to Joe Sinnott on his engagement to Sarah last weekend.

Dates for the Diary – A mass for all connected with Fr O’Regans GAA Club and Craanford-Monaseed camogie club and their families will be held in Craanford Church on Saturday evening, January 21, at 6 p.m. Fr Lawless would like plenty of participat­ion and colour, so wear you club colours with pride. Provisiona­l plans for underage presentati­on of medals the same night.

The club dinner dance will be held on Saturday, February 4, in the Ashdown Park Hotel, Gorey, an opportunit­y to celebrate a good year and enjoy.

There have been a number of accidents on the street in Craanford in recent times. Please slow down and give yourself and others the best chance of a safe journey.

The co-ordinating team for Friday, December 30, is Team 6: Anne Marie O’Sullivan, Jacinta Donohoe, and Oliver Murray. (There are two vacancies on the rota of organising teams. To all involved with the Young at Heart party held recently in the community centre...many thanks to you all for the running of such a wonderful event, you make us all feel so welcome and look after us so well on the day, thank you to the children in both Monaseed and Craanford schools for your generosity also.
