TRAVERS Insurances has been looking after the people of Arklow and beyond for over 50 years. A family run business, Travers Insurances was created by the Late Frank J. Travers in 1965. Frank’s two sons with the advice and guidance of their Mother Carol, Aaron and Mervyn Travers took over the running of the business. Aaron leads the Insurance departments and Mervyn looks after Financial Services. Aaron, Mervyn and their team have continued Frank’s legacy, offering unrivalled services backed by years of experience.
The business has continued to grow over the years, acquiring Gemma Kennedy Insurances in 2012 and Henry Crummy Insurances Ltd. General Insurance business in 2013. The Travers Insurances team and the 17
staff members understand the complexities and often confusion that Insurance policies can cause and can lend a helping hand from sourcing competitive quotes all the way through to assisting with policy claims. With a positive “can do” attitude – “Computer says no!” is not in their vocabulary! Their
