HOUSE OF STORIES
Another great session of house of stories took place in Ballindaggin Hall on Thursday night last where 20 musicians kept the audience foot tapping and the hilarious stories had all in stitches laughing, also some lively songs with everyone joining in.
Sympathy was expressed to Ted Sinnott and family on the death of his brother Jim, to Kathleen Donohue on the death of Michael and Jim Jordan on the recent death of his brother Stephen. Congratulations were extended to Ted and Carmel Sinnott on their wedding anniversary and to Margaret White on celebrating a special birthday.

FUNDRAISING CONCERT
There will be a fundraising concert in Bunclody Soccer Pavillion on Friday, May 19, at 8 p.m. with the Willoughby Brothers, bar on the night, followed by dancing to Theresa and the Stars. All proceeds go to Bunclody Vocational College, Bunclody FC and Our Lady of Lourdes N.S. Tickets €20 available from Anne at 087 2103943.

RACE NIGHT
Ballindaggin Development Group are holding a ‘race night’ at Enniscorthy Greyhound Track on bank holiday Monday, June 5, to raise funds for the community park in the village. Tickets are now on sale throughout the area at €10 which includes admission, race card and free draw for a weekend break away. Anyone, who would like to have their businesses advertised on the race card on the night contact Aileen at 087 7552593 before next weekend. Nine race card, first race at 8 p.m., bar open, food served, a great night assured.
MT. LEINSTER CHALLENGE
The roads around Kiltealy and surrounding areas will be very busy next Saturday, May 20, when the annual Mt. Leinster Cycling Challenge takes place organised by Slaney Cycling Club with 300 cyclists taking part. Although the Slaney Cycling Club pull out all the stops regarding road safety drivers are reminded to be aware of many cyclists on the roads around Mt. Leinster on Saturday next.
SPLIT THE POT
Winner of the double week of Kiltealy NS split-the-pot was Jenny Reddy, who scooped €364. Play split-the-pot every week envelopes available locally. Thanks for your continued support.

NATIONAL CAREERS PROJECT
Congratulations to Fionn Jordan, Cloroguebeg, Kiltealy, who was placed third in the national Careers skills awards in Dublin last week. There was over 1,500 entries. Fionn is a pupil of Meánscoil Garman, Enniscorthy.
