PATRON AND FIELD DAY

The annual patron will be held in Cloughbawn on Sunday, July 9, prayers in the graveyard will commence at 2 p.m., and field day will be held directly after. Anyone with bric-a-brac to donate, please leave all donations with Nancy Foley or Martin Ryan. Any baking/Cakes can be left with Martin Ryan also before Sunday the ninth. Parish raffle tickets are currently on sale throughout the parish and will be available on the day also.

CLOUGHBAWN GAA

Club 2018 Centenary Ambassador – Pat Crean, Ambassador contender is holding a Dancers and Chancers night in the Cloch Bán on Friday, July 21, a great night of music and entertainm­ent with Celtic Roots and friends. Great prizes on the night. tickets €5 each with Door Prize. Please support.

CLONROCHE TIDY TOWNS

The village looks great with all local premises getting lots of TLC. The developmen­t committee are delighted with the response this year from everyone and encourage all to keep up the good work especially with regard to litter control. Thanks of course also to the Fás workers and volunteers who contribute so much.

SUMMER CAMP

Does your child like to sing, dance and act? If the answer is yes then this is the summer camp for you. Our focus will be to encourage each child’s skills in the performing arts as well as allowing them to express themselves through games, baking, art and sports.

This camp will take place in Caim from Monday, July 24 – Friday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and cost is €60 for one child or €100 for two children from the same family. Ages: 5-13. If interested please contact Ashley: 085 1480355. Sheila: 087 7625419.
