GAA LOTTO

The Kildavin-Clonegal GAA lotto was held in Osborne’s Lounge, Clonegal, on Sunday, June 25. Numbers drawn were 17, 20, 26 and 27. There was no winner of the jackpot of €7,400. One winner match three, Amber and Taylor Roberts, Kildavin, all receiving €150. Seller’s prize goes to Christy O’Neill receiving €50. The next draw will take place in Ryan’s ‘ The Moss House’, Bunclody, on Sunday, July 9, at 10.30 p.m., with a jackpot worth €7,600. Tickets €2 each.

BUNCLODY IN BLOOM

Three local families will open their gardens to the public in this year’s Bunclody in Bloom on Sunday, July 9, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Garden 1: Majella and Fintan Kelly, Glasslacken, Bunclody. Garden 2: Mary and Brian Gilsenan ‘Moss Cottage’, Hospital Hill, Bunclody. Garden 3: Rita and Eamonn Butler Knockanure, Bunclody. Entry fee is €5 per garden or €10 to view all three.

ARDATTIN TRACTOR RUN

Ardattin Fundraisers are having a tractor run on Sunday, July 16, in aid of Carlow Kilkenny Homecare team, more details to follow.

BUNCLODY KID’S CLUB

Kid’s club for primary school children will be held in Bunclody Soccer Club from Monday, August 21, to Friday, August 25, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Activities include games, crafts, Bible stories, songs, quiz, snacks and lots of fun.
