Wexford Chamber Skillnet welcome Claire as their new Network Manager

AFTER managing the Skillnet Network for over two years, Sean Mythen has now retired as Network Manager of Wexford Chamber Skillnet.

Replacing Sean is Claire O’Rourke who joined the Wexford Chamber in 2015 and has worked closely with Sean over the past year and she is now looking forward to strengthen­ing the Skillnet project in county Wexford.

Sean is a former President of the Wexford Chamber and former CEO of the Wexford County Enterprise Board. He is also runs Adsum Training, providing mentoring, training, business developmen­t and consultanc­y assistance to various companies.

CEO of Wexford Chamber Madeleine Quirke said: ‘Sean has been a pleasure to work with here and his support has seen the Wexford Chamber Skillnet grow exponentia­lly over the past two years.

Claire’s previous experience in both the tourism and political sectors will stand to her in her new role I have every confidence that Wexford Chamber Skillnet will continue to grow.’

Wexford Chamber joined the National Skillnet Network in 2015 and is now a strong and relevant training facility.

Skillnet funds local companies through subsidised training, and courses are of high quality and are both relevant and convenient.

Businesses benefit in a variety of ways such as improved profitabil­ity, lower staffing costs, production improvemen­ts and staff developmen­t.
