Mass times as follows: Tuesday 7.30 p.m. Thursday 9.30 a.m. Saturday 9.30 a.m. And 8.15 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.

Dates for your Diary: Confirmation – March 2, 2018. First Communion – April 28, 2018.

Harvest thanksgiving is on the weekend of September 30 and October 1. It is a time of thanking God for all that we have received. It is a time for us, as a community, to give expression to that thanks. Fresh flowers and/or shrubs would be most welcome to decorate the church. Home produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as preserved and canned foods would be greatly appreciated. Please leave at the back of the church on Friday evening or Sat morning.

IRISH NIGHT

Don’t forget the Irish night in the Anvil on Friday, September 29 – all welcome.

YOUTH CLUB

Ballymurn Youth Club meets every Friday night in the hall from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

BINGO

Bingo is played every Monday night in the Anvil, Ballymurn at 9 p.m.

GAA NEWS

Night at the dogs – there is a dog night in aid of the GAA club next Thursday night, September 28. Please support.

AFTERNOON OF PRAYER

Pioneer annual day of Prayer takes place at Ballyvaloo Retreat Centre Blackwater on Sunday, October 8.

VINTAGE NEWS

The Over the Water Vintage Club are holding a road run on Sunday, October 8, at 12.30 p.m., starting from Castlebridge. All proceeds in Aid of the Irish Children’s Pilgrimage Trust Group and Castlebridge Day Care Centre/Community Centre. All support greatly appreciated.
