The annual open evening will take place in the school on Thursday, October 26, from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. All fifth and sixth class pupils and their parents/ guardians are especially welcome. Please come and take the time to meet some of the fantastic students who attend our school, to speak with our teachers and to view our beautiful school premises and buildings. PLAYGROUND FUNDRAISER
A coffee morning will be held in the Crosses Kilmuckridge on Sunday, October 29, at 11 a.m., to raise funds for the new playground. Tickets €3 on sale locally and at the door. There will be a door prize and raffle prizes. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
HALLOWEEN CAMP
The camp will take place from Tuesday, October 31, to Friday, November 3, from 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children aged between 4 and 10 years. There will be a fancy dress party on Tuesday the 31st. €6.00/per day.

AUTUMN FAIR
The Kilmuckridge/Kilnamanagh Parish autumn fair takes place at Kilnamanagh Old School on Saturday, November 4, from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Stalls: Books, bottle stall, bric-a-brac, Gifts, cakes, Vegetables etc. Main Raffle etc. Come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a chat.

Results for the St Mary’s church lotto in association with St Joseph’s Soccer Club for Monday, October 16: winning numbers 1, 13, 19 and 20. There was no jackpot winner. Congratulations to match four winners. Next draw on Monday, October 23, at 10 p.m. in Upton Court with the jackpot at €13,950. Tickets €2 sold locally.

CALENDAR
The annual Tidy Towns Calendar is now on sale at €5 in Centra and the Photo Shop. The calendar features photo competition entries from the exhibition held during Easter in the KMH All proceeds from the sale of the calendar will go towards Kilmuckridge Tidy Towns, who will endeavour to keep our village beautiful.
CHRISTMAS CONCERT
Kilmuckridge Community and Family Resource Centre will present a Christmas Concert on Friday, November 24, in Upton Court, Kilmuckridge. Line-up to date: Stephen Murphy, Mary Farrell, Paul Murphy, Ballgarrett Choir, Karen Gleeson (Trad Session), Allanah McCarthy, Castlebridge Gospel Choir, Kathleen Byrne and others.

Come play bridge at Seán Óg’s Bridge Club, Upton Court Hotel, Kilmuckridge every Thursday morning from 10 a.m. New members welcome. No partner required. We have joker system in operation.
