FAMILY-RUN business Hughie Doyle Furniture in Gorey has been in business for more than 20 years.

Hughie, who is a native of Craanford, started off in business in 1988 on 68, Main Street, Gorey, with a wallpaper and lighting shop, which expanded to a showroom now on the Courtown Road.

He offers high quality upholstery, bedroom, dining room and kitchen furniture.

Just a stone’s throw away from the heart of Gorey town, Hughie Doyle Furniture, and his tile shop next door Gorey Tiles, provides a variety of distinctive modern furniture, paying particular attention to customers needs for a relaxed atmosphere and individual style.

A respected local business man, Hughie has built up an excellent reputation in the town for his first class service, a reputation that he has worked hard to maintain and grow.

Hughie’s shop next door, the newly branded ‘Gorey Tiles’ was previously known as ‘Doylo Tiles’. The reputable tile shop has been providing Gorey clients with top of the range tiles for the past 12 years. Hughie’s wife Catherine Walsh says the tiles are sourced from the very best manufacturers from Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Both Hughie Doyle Furniture and Gorey Tiles stock 90% of their tiles and furniture ready for collection or prompt delivery.

Hughie Doyle Furniture Stores can also be found in Wexford’s Kerlogue Business Park opposite the cinema as well as in Carlow town’s Barrow Retail Park.
