BMW was not insured

GUNDARS STEPINS (24) from 13 Templeshannon, Enniscorthy had no valid insurance disc exhibited on a BMW intercepted by gardaí at Blackstoops.

Gorey District Court heard that the vehicle was impounded on the night in question – February 24 last year.

Solicitor Lana Doherty told Judge Gerard Haughton that her client had just bought the car and that insurance was taken out the following day.

A fine of € 100 was handed down.
