Pleaded guilty to assault

AN Enniscorthy man appeared before the District Court last week to plead guilty to assault causing harm.

John O’Connor (23) of 52 Gimont Avenue was charged with assault causing harm to Padraig Donoghue at Legends Niteclub, The Shannon, on July 15 last.

While visiting Judge Bernadette Ryan marked a plea of guilty, she adjourned the case until March 7 to allow gardaí to obtain a victim impact statement in relation to the case.
