Fined €50 for motor tax offence

ANN MARIE Moran of 24 Ballagh Cove, The Ballagh was convicted and fined €50 in the District Court for a motor tax offence.

The prosecuting garda noted that no up-to-date disc was displayed on the vehicle he inspected at Ballindinas on the afternoon of June16 last.
