PLANT SALE/COFFEE

Co. Wexford Garden and Flower Club is holding a plant sale and coffee morning in Clonroche Community Centre on Thursday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to midday, admission is free and there will be refreshments available for €3. Proceeds go to Co. Wexford Hospice Homecare and two Africian children’s charities. Plants Produce Preserves, cakes, books, Nearly New, raffle available. wexfordflowergarden.ie.

CLOUGHBAWN AFC

There will be a Tractor Run in aid of Cloughbawn AFC on Sunday, May 6, meet at 12.00 and commencing at 1 p.m., starting at Clonroche Community Centre, all welcome to this family fun day, with music and barbecue.

SPRING CLEAN

It’s the 20th Anniversary of An Taisce’s National Spring Clean month. Join with us as we give Clonroche a Spring Clean together. Meet at 10 a.m. at the community centre. Sports groups and organisations are welcome to collect bags from us to do a litter pick in the neighbourhood around their club. Residents’ associations are welcome to join in too. Everyone can do a little so a few don’t have to do a lot.

CLOUGHBAWN GAA

The Wexford GAA ‘Club and County Development Draw’ returns for 2018. The draw is the single most important fundraiser of the year for Wexford GAA. It runs over three months, April, May and June with the total prize fund this year is a whopping €80,000 and once again there is a superb selection of prizes on offer including cars, luxury holidays and cash. Tickets are priced at €50 for a three month ticket or purchase them monthly, €20 in April and May and just €10 in June and are available from any club committee members.
