CASTLEDOCKRELL NS

This week the pupils and staff of Castledockrell NS were very busy giving the school grounds a spring clean. As part of the National Spring Clean we donned our plastic aprons and gardening gloves, and we weeded, swept, cleaned, collected any litter and planted some summer bedding. Thanks to a great team effort the school now looks ship shape.

The children are looking forward to taking part in a golf taster class next week and to beginning their tag rugby sessions; all we need now is some sunshine.

Next week in school we will host another clothing collection in conjunction with the NCBI (National Council for the Blind of Ireland). All donations of bags of clothes, books etc. are welcome to be dropped into the school from Monday the 16th – Friday, April 20. Thank you for your support.

For further information on any of the above please contact the school at 053 9388892, or visit our website: castledockrellns. weebly.com.
