The company was set up in 1996 by Pat Dunphy and began trading from the Dunphy household at Newtown, Adamstown. In an environment of continuous legislative change which require regular reviews of policies, procedures and best practice standards, the company quickly established a reputation as the South East’s most up to date legal advisors on the broad scope of the regulations. The company also became a Centre of Excellence for the provision of organisation specific safety management systems.
AMPM Safety & Environmental Ltd offers Health and Safety Consultancy and a comprehensive range of Health and Safety training courses. The success of AMPM Safety & Environmental Ltd lies with our commitment to providing all our learners and clients with quality, competent and consistent training programmes in compliance with the customer’s specific requirements. This involves consultation on training needs in advance with all stakeholders, and continuously striving to maintain and improve on a consistent standard of QQI quality assured training.
Our Safety Management Systems and Safety Statements are delivered only after extensive consultation, risk assessment and communication with employees at all levels. This ensures a unique quality assured system can be implemented, irrespective of the number of persons working in the organisation. The innovative approach of the Plan, Do, Check, Act model achieves a balance between the systems and behavioural aspects of safety management. This system also treats Health and Safety Management as an integral part of good management generally, rather than as a stand-alone system.
