CARRAIG Donn at 3 South Main St. is a truly unique store that is home to Irish fashion, giftware and jewellery. The store is part of the 38 location Carraig Donn retail chain which is fully Irish owned and operated from its headquarters in Westport, Co. Mayo.
This year the Wexford outlet celebrates its 25th year in business and has become a staple feature of Main Street. The store offers ladies fashion for all ages with a mix of Irish and international labels, occasion wear and more. The jewellery team are also on hand to help find that finishing touch with brands including Knight & Day, Newbridge Silverware and exclusive label Soul Jewellery.
The accessories department is an area which Carraig Donn may not have been previously known for, but this has been a key concentration for the retail chain for the last number of years. The Wexford team now market themselves as a go-to store for the perfect accessories in the town.
In the giftware department customers can browse everything from dinnerware to furniture, seasonal gifts and home décor as well as Irish brands including Newbridge, Brooke & Shoals, Tipperary Crystal and Genesis.
Leading the store is General Manager Bridin Caffrey whose team are focused on great customer service and offering a wide range of choice to everyone that comes through the door. Loyalty to their customers and staff is of paramount importance to the team and a key factor in the success of the store over the years. Speaking about the awards she said:
