NATURAL Health Store, a health food store run by the Meehan family is in its 5th year. As a family they have worked together in retail for over 30 years with over 20 of those years in the health food business. Born out of a redundancy in 2013 the business is going from strength to strength. Although still in it’s infancy they have achieved no less than two awards from Wexford Chamber, Business Awards. In 2015 they came Runner Up in the Start - Up section and in 2016 they were the proud winners of the Retail Excellence Award. They were also awarded in 2016 the Mark of Excellence from Retail Excellence Ireland. So, it is a very proud year for them to be short listed yet again for this year’s Retail Excellence Award.
You begin your journey in Natural Health Store as soon as you walk through their doors and are immediately made to feel at ease. Their well-trained team provides a one to one service to ensure that you leave the store with the best possible advice and products to suit your individual needs.
Natural Health Store is a centre of excellence in natural health and healing. In the unique space on the lower ground floor they invite the community in for regular informative coffee mornings, free talks and workshops. They have two therapy rooms with many therapists including, NMT Practitioner, Beauty Therapy, Sports Massage, Angel Card Reading, Nutritional Therapy, Energy Healing and Food Intolerance Testing.
They keep you informed with Clair’s “Naturally Healthy” health column in the Wexford People. Clair was accredited “Thought Leader Natural Health 2018” by the Business All Star Awards in Croke Park earlier this year. Clair also has a monthly slot on South Radio with Alan McGuire on the Saturday Show, to talk about all things health.
