Handled phone while driving

HANDLING a mobile phone while driving at Ballydaniel in Camolin drew a fine of €200 for Pat Kelly of Carleysbridge, Enniscorthy.

The case dated back to the afternoon of January 10 earlier this year and Kelly was not present at the District Court in Gorey to contest the matter as the conviction was handed down by Judge Kevin Staunton.
