RELAY FOR LIFE

BARGY VINTAGE CLUB BARBECUE

The Bargy Vintage Club will hold their annual barbecue in the Old Coopers Inn from 6 p.m. till late. Music by Point Blank and others. Food served from 6.30 to 9.30 p.m. Tickets €5 each, available from all club members and at ‘The Coopers Inn’ All proceeds to local charities, many thanks for your continued support. bottle stall; moster raffle; bric-à-brac; and strawberri­es and cream. It is a great family day out for everyone. Also, the Ann Whitty Memorial Bake Off will be held at the Vintage Rally and field day. Now in it’s second year, the Bake Off will allow everyone to participat­e while helping to raise funds for the parish Ann loved.

JOAN AND FRIENDS COFFEE MORNING

Joan Kavanagh and friends are holding a coffee morning in the Crosses, Kilmuckrid­ge, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in aid of ‘Touched by Suicide’. Admission is only €3 and there will be door prizes and a raffle.

MID-SUMMER BAZAAR IN FETHARD

There will be a Mid-summer Bazaar in aid of St Mogue’s Church, Fethardon-Sea, at the Old Abbey Garden Centre on from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Those interested in booking a stand please contact Claire at 087 7759130.

CRAANFORD VINTAGE RALLY AND FIELD DAY.

Craanford’s vintage rally and field day returns again this year with the annual dog show also. Tickets for the big raffle will be sold over the next few weeks and we thank you for any support you can give. Any donations for bric-à-brac and bottle stall can also be handed into the hall from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, or after 6 p.m. Mass on Saturday evening.
