Racing, style at Bettyville Friday

-

THE LAST big evening meeting of the year takes place at Bettyville’s Wexford race course on this Friday evening (July 27).

And there should be some keen competition on and off the track as the evening also features the added attraction of the Most Stylish Lady competition, sponsored by Monart Spa, Enniscorthy.

The seven-race card is generously sponsored, with €84,000 in prize money on offer. The first flag falls at 5.40 p.m. and the last at 8.50 p.m.

Do keep an eye on the racing media as there may be an earlier start if any race is divided.

The Friday evening racing has always been popular at the Wexford track, again borne out a couple of weeks ago, and this should be a cracking start to the weekend for punters and fashionistas alike.
