The three-person, nine-hole scramble to mark the 25th anniversary of the founding of Ballymoney G.C. was played on Saturday and won by Ger O’Brien, Brian Delaney and John Fitzgerald.
At a very enjoyable barbecue after the scramble, club Captain Marty Lawlor thanked Ron Breen (proprietor of the course) and his family for all their hard work in developing the club over the last 25 years.
Marty also presented Ron with an engraved plaque to commemorate the occasion.
