DAVIDSTOWN EUCHARISTI­C MINISTERS: Davidstown is looking for new Eucharisti­c Ministers please contact Fr Nolan. July minsters are Vigil: Billy Rowsome and Sunday Margaret O’Shea.

HOLY HOUR: A Holy Hour with Exposition of Blessed Sacrament will take place in Courtnacud­dy Church on Sunday, August 12, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Holy Hour will take place every second Sunday of each month.

PARISH RAFFLE

Raffle tickets have been distribute­d to the houses of the parish. All tickets to be returned by August 2.

ROAD RACE

Davidstown Community Centre are holding a 6k roadrace/ fun walk on Monday, August 6, at midday. Registrati­on before hand in the community centre €5 entry or €10 for a family. Refreshmen­ts afterwards in the community centre.

COMMUNITY ALERT

Davidstown Community Alert will host a registrati­on and launch night for the Community Text Service on Wednesday night, August 8, in the Millennium Bar. Anyone who is interested in registerin­g for the service but has yet to subscribe can do so on the night between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. with the official launch at 8 p.m.

Thank you to all who have subscribed so far and also thank you to all the volunteers who have visited homes over the last number of weeks. All are most welcome to attend.
