Competitive card in Bettyville

-

THE FINAL meeting of the summer season takes place at Bettyville Racecourse, Wexford, on Saturday (September 8), with quite a competitive card of four hurdles and three chases starting at 1.40 p.m., with €88,000 in prize money.

Despite the closing stages of the previous meeting being hit by a deluge, it has been quite a good season overall, with good fields providing exciting racing for quite large crowds, generally in very pleasant weather conditions.

This Wexford fixture has been well sup- ported by sponsors and deserves support.
